This is a CLOSED PARTY being held in the now-defunct Deep Blue Lounge, upstairs at the east end of the Landing overlooking the river.
 
Saturday afternoon, Feb 20th at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds> Summerzcool Orientation!

> Early entry into Fairground lot between 2-4pm with special "early admit pass"
> Set aside tailgate party space just for us on the corner across from the Arena
> Live entertainment featuring John Frinzi starting at 3pm

> Port-A-Potties set aside for pass holders only

NOTE! The pass for this tailgate does not include the $10 per car parking fee that will be collected at the gate. Your pass only gets you into the primo area earlier than the general public at 4pm. This is the perfect place to get together with your friends to tailgate before the show.

> $30 per person for a combined event ticket (does not include $10/car Saturday parking)

Due to space restrictions at the Friday night event, we are only going to sell 250 passes for Friday and you must pre-arrange to enter the Fairgrounds early on Saturday! You do not want to miss out!

·         $ 75.00 – For Standard Rooms (2 double beds, queen or king beds) overlooking the city’s beautiful sunset or overlooking the St. John’s River (Riverview rooms may be limited and are “first come – first serve”)

·         $ 139.00 – Junior Suites (king beds with sitting area including pull-out sofa) with a River View

·         GUARANTEED Riverview room – additional $20.00 per day

·         Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes which currently total

• You also have the option of taking the Express Shuttle which travels to all downtown hotels for approximately $35 each way.
• For downtown transportation, an elevated monorail, the Skyway Express, is available to travel across the river for $.50 each way, per person.  The Water Taxi is also available to transfer guests around downtown while taking in spectacular views for $6 round trip. 
• Self-parking is complimentary (normally $10.00 per day)
• Valet parking is $14.00 per day

As you have heard Jimmy Buffett is coming to Jacksonville, Saturday February 20^th!

Many of you are interested in purchasing tickets through the PHINS Club, which is a perk of being a PHINS member.  For this to happen we must submit some numbers  to the Parrothead leadership very quickly in order to be considered -  this includes our total membership with current annual dues and the number of requested tickets.

Although this is no guarantee on the final ticket availability, this is how the process starts.

It is very important that you respond to us (use email link below) by Tuesday, Jan 12^th, 3pm!  Include in your request the number of eligible members (paid Parrothead members) within your household that wish to purchase tickets.  The ticket price will be $77 plus the normal venue fees and taxes.

After we find out the exact number of tickets that are available we will send out further instructions such as the total ticket price, payment deadline and where to bring the checks.  Our by-laws specify that funds must be received prior to the club’s commitment.

In short, all we need right now is a head count.  Payment will be later this week after we determine the number of tickets and verify your membership status.
